ISL84514IH-T Overview

Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in SOT-23-5. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Cut Tape. 5 terminations have been made so far. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 3.3V voltage supply. The electronic part body is injected with 5 pins. Analog switches have 20Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 5 pins functions. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. Users shouldn't supply more than 12V voltage to the switch device. A cost-effective Single supply type analogue multiplexer. 2.4V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 1μA. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. 9V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. Temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius should not be operated by the multiplexer. It is able to conduct in a 1-bit way.
