ISL84521IBZ-T Overview


Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. When a voltage supply of 5V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. An injection of 16 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component.
