ISL84521IV Overview


Due to its 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation.
