ISL84544IHZ-T Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in SOT-23-6, making it easy to ship abroad. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel provides high reliability. A total of 6 terminations have been recorded. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. An 3.3V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 60Ohm. Datasheets for functions of 6 pins are available. The analogue multiplexer in this example is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 12V to the switch device in normal circumstances. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2.7V. For this digital switch to work, 100pA current would suffice. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1μA, damage can occur. In an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C, the digital switches should not operate. It can conduct 2-bit signals.
