ISL84780IRZ Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in QFN. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Bulk is used. Totally, there are 16 terminations. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. If the voltage supply is 3V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. There is 600mOhm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Datasheets for functions of 16 pins are available. Multiplexer or Switches is a typical switch device. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 3.6V. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 1.6V. The switch device would be able to operate with 50nA current. If you put voltage higher than 50nA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. The electronic component can function from 3V. Temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius should not be operated by the multiplexer. It is able to conduct in a 4-bit way.
