ISL8499IVZ-T Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in TSSOP, making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel. Total terminations are 16. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 1 channels. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 1.8V, it should be turned on and run. This digital multiplexer has 250mOhm internal resistance. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 4.5V volts for the multiplexer. A cost-effective Single supply type analogue multiplexer. 1.65V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. The switch device would be able to operate with 90nA current. If put voltage greater than 90nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. The digital multiplexer has SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs that can be used. Temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius should not be operated by the multiplexer. It conducts in a 4-bit manner.
