ISL85403FRZ-T Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz~2.2MHz. Regulator 3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.5V. The output current of 2.5A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 40V.
