ISL85412FRTZ Overview


As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. DC-DC switching regulators reach 700kHz switching frequencies. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.6V. DC DC switching regulator's 150mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 40V. Its NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. As part of the ISL85412 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found. The maximal output voltage of 34V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily.
