ISL8700AIBZ-T Overview
Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to power management for 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Sequencer products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED is specified for the package. IC management is possible to find a succession of 4 voltages that have been checked. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by ISL8700.
