ISL88002IE29Z-TK Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 3 terminals. A Cut Tape (CT) package is used to package the power management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. Please refer to power management for SC-70, SOT-323 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be NOT SPECIFIED. There is a voltage supply of 2.5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type.
