ISL88550AIRZ-T7 Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for it. Due to its small size, it is included in the 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Mounted in accordance with Surface Mount. Temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C when functioning. In terms of performance, it is a stellar choice for PWM Controller. As a result of the 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, high efficiency is possible. There is an analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER used in this device. In total, there has been 28 terminations of this process. It is equipped with a total of 28 pins. In order to find comparable components, the part number is ISL88550A. Currently, there is 25μA current being supplied. There is an input voltage of 2V~25V.
