Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector.
