Its SOIC package is adopted for higher flexibility.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.In the maximum case, the output current can be 6A volts.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.During operation, the supply voltage of 16V is its maximum value.This device is designed to operate with a voltage of 4.5V.As a result, it outputs a 6A current.
