A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Its configuration is based on a total of 16 terminations.You mount it with Surface Mount.There are 16 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC of the device is AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 6A.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.A board with 16 component pins is available.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.For operation, 16V is the maximum supply voltage.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.As a result, it outputs a 6A current.During operation, a voltage of 5mA is applied to the power supply.
