ISL9444CRZ Overview


With its QFN package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 3 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. This switching controller can switch at 1.2MHz. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at QUAD. A variety of terminations with 40 of dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V. There are only 40 pins on switching converter. 4.5V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator. Based on the test statistics, DC regulator outputs voltage 5V. At most, the dc to dc regulator accepts 26V input voltage. As DC switcher has a Surface Mount, it's suitable for most applications and prototype designs. In order to run the voltage regulator dc to dc safely and reliably, users are advised to apply 12V. A temperature 0°C lower than 0°C should be maintained. At85°C, dc regulator should run. 1 functions are available in total for the switch converters. A voltage regulators switching with 40 pins is designed. Maximum frequency of the controller is 1.32MHz. It is ideal for switching controllers with 10A input.
