ISL9444CRZ Overview


Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 3 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc controls with 4.5V~28V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a 0°C~85°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~1.2MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Fail, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. 40 terminations with a variety of function. A few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis 12V volts. ISL9444 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It is recommended to use 4.5V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator.
