ISL9506HRZ Overview


It comes in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 3 input. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. Voltages 4.75V~5.25V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -10°C~100°C TA. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 200kHz~500kHz . The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Power Good. A DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position QUAD . Various 40 terminations. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
