ISL95338HRTZ-T7A Overview

For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -10°C~100°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of Up to 1MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.8V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 4V. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 24V. The maximal output voltage of 20V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily.
