Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a SOIC case. A ISOLATION AMPLIFIER-type buffer amplifier is shown here. A Tape and Reel case is used for delivering the op amp. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 15V battery. This particular linear amplifier is a type of Isolation Amplifier device, to be precise.
