For greater flexibility, its 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.A package of Tube has been used.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a 10V~35V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.There are 14 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IX4*11.You mount it with Through Hole.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.The number of component pins is 14.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 650V.
