IXCY40M35 Overview


Including buck boost converter in package Tube is a good idea.A package in the way of TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 is used for voltage regulator.A mounting hole is provided for Surface Mount to mount this current regulator.There should be a limcurrent regulator to the operating temperature of -55°C~150°C.In the case of 2 terminations, which are the practice of terminating a transmission line with a voltage regulator that has the same characteristic impedance as the line itself, they are fairly common.Current regulator belongs to the family IXC*40M.Several pronged contacts are used in computer interfaces as 3 pins.Using Surface Mount as a mounting system, this current regulator is mounted.The output current of 40mA makes it a very flexible power converter when it comes to design.Analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT is used in this power converter.There is a part called Power Management Circuits which contains all of these current regulations.The FPGAs in the IXC series belong to this category.The maximum amount of supply current (Isup) required for it to operate reaches a value of 44mA.
