For greater flexibility, the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package is adopted.Tube is the packaging method.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 12.5V~35V, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -55°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.There is a maximum output current of 30A.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 1 outputs that have been integrated.The device is capable of delivering a current of 30A.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 35V.A minimum supply voltage of 10V is required for operation.In this case, it produces a voltage of 12.5V.During operation, a voltage of 10μA is applied to the power supply.There are 1 channels configured for operation.
