The 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.5V~35V.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.2A is the maximum output current.For its basis, 2 outputs are integrated.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 35V.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.
