IXDI430MCI Overview


In order to increase flexibility, the package TO-220-5 is used.Gate drivers is package in Bulk case.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Through Hole.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 8.5V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type.Initially, the configuration is composed of 5 terminations.Under its base part number IXD*430, various related parts can be found.Mosfet driver is mounted using Through Hole.In order to operate, a voltage of 18V has to be applied.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 30A.On the board, there are 3 component pins.The device is capable of delivering a current of 30A.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 2W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.
