Its TO-220-5 package provides greater flexibility.Tube is the form of the package.For its configuration, it incorporates 1 drivers.In the direction of Through Hole, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 9V~35V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Through Hole method.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 30A.For its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.An output current of 30A is supported.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 35V.This device is designed to operate with a voltage of 9V.In this case, it outputs 9V voltage.The supply voltage is 10μA.For operation, mosfet gate drivers has 1 channels.
