The 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).This configuration includes 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.There is a temperature range for this device of -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be 2A volts.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.35V is its maximum operating voltage.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.Operating channels are set to 2.
