For greater flexibility, the TO-220-5 Formed Leads package is adopted.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 1 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Through Hole is the way in which it is mounted.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.5V~35V.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.The pins are configured with 5 when designing the chip.As a maximum, there is 14A limit to the output current.For its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.When the supply voltage is 35V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.In order to operate, it is configured with 1 channels.
