KA3843BDTF Overview


In the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 7.6V~30V. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. There is a switch at Up to 500kHz that can be used with this controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. The 14 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 15V. Voltages 30V are the maximum that the dc to dc regulator will accept. A maximum value of 1A is output for current. A total of 1 functions are present in the switch converters. The dc switching comes with 14 pins set.
