KMPC8349ZUALFB Overview


This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. To date, there have been 672 terminations. In the case of a 1.2V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate with a frequency of 667MHz Hz. Detailed functions for 672 pins can be found in the datasheets. For data transfer, there is 32b bandwidth available. The microprocessor should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 105°C. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 672 pins. The CPU here has 1 cores. As the CPU reaches its top frequency, it will be at 667MHz. From 1.2V onwards, the CPU microprocessor can operate.
