KMPC852TCVR100A Overview


The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in BGA. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Bulk. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Overall, there are 256 terminations. Using a 1.8V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. 100MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. You can refer to the datasheets for the functions of 256 pins. Generally, data transfer takes place at a rate of 32b bandwidth. CPU microprocessors shouldn't be used in environments above 100°C. Embedded microprocessor bodies are injected with 256 pins. In this case, we have a CPU with only 1 core. It is expected that the CPU will reach a top frequency of 100MHz. From 1.8V on, the CPU microprocessor will function.
