The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in BGA. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. CPUs operate with a frequency of 100MHz Hz. Datasheets for 256 pin functions can be found here. To transfer data, there are 32b bandwidths available. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 95°C is not recommended.
