KMPC860SRCVR50D4 Overview


The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in BGA, making it easy to ship internationally. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. A CPU operates at a frequency of 50MHz. Datasheets for 357 pin functions can be found here. To transfer data, there are 32b bandwidths available. The microprocessor should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 95°C. There is only 1 core in this processor. We expect the CPU's top frequency to be 50MHz. Micro processors can be used from 3.3V.
