KMPC875VR80 Overview

Packed in BGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 256. When the voltage supply is 1.8V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. There is 80MHz frequency set for the CPU. The datasheets for 256 pins provide details. The embedded microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 32b. It is recommended that the CPU microprocessor is not operated in an environment with a temperature of more than 95°C. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 256 pins injected into them. The CPU has 1 cores. We expect the CPU's top frequency to be 80MHz. Micro processors can be used from 1.8V. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 8kB.
