KMPC875ZT80 Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient thanks to the embedded microprocessor's packaging in BGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. To date, there have been 256 terminations. With a 1.8V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. This microprocessor has an architecture of 32 bits. CPUs operate at 80MHz Hz. To learn about the functions of the pins 256 please refer to their datasheets. An example of a Microprocessors microprocessor can be found here. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 32b-bit system. Temperatures above 95°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. Embedded microprocessor bodies are injected with 256 pins. There is only 1 core in this processor. The top frequency of the CPU is expected to reach 80MHz. From 1.8V onwards, the CPU microprocessor can operate. RAM (Random Access Memory) is designed to be 8kB.
