The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in BGA, making it easy to ship internationally. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. There are 357 terminations totally. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1.8V. 32-Bit is its architecture. 80MHz is the frequency of the CPU. Datasheets for 357 pin functions can be found here. As a Microprocessors, this cpu microprocessor is typical. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 95°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. An injection of 357 pins is performed inside the body of the micro processor. There is only 1 core in this processor. As the CPU reaches its top frequency, it will be at 80MHz. It is possible to use the micro processor from 1.8V. In this case, the amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is set to 8kB.
