KU80386EXTC33 Overview


Due to its QFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. There are 132 terminations totally. When the voltage supply is 5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. At 33MHz, the CPU operates. Datasheets for 132 pin functions can be found here. This microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. With a 16 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus. An injection of 132 pins is performed inside the body of the micro processor. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. It is possible to use the micro processor from 5V. The micro processor requires 5V power supplies according to the datasheets. 5V is the CPU core voltage. It is not possible to supply a voltage to the CPU higher than 320mA. Users should not supply the embedded microprocessor with voltages higher than 5.5V in normalcircumstances. The lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor should be 4.5V. It is recommended that the operating environment is set to over -40°C. There are 12 external interrupt terminations due to hardware interrupts. Data is received between peripherals by 3 serial I/Os. 2 channels are applied to program the DMA (Direct Memory Access) process.
