KU80960CF25 Overview


The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PQFP for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. A MICROPROCESSOR, RISC represents the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 196. Using a 5V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. The architecture of the microprocessor is 32-bit. A CPU operates at a frequency of 25MHz. Please refer to the datasheets for 196 pins functions. As a Microprocessors, this cpu microprocessor is typical. The external data bus width of this CPU is 32. Temperatures above 100°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. A total of 196 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. There are many applications for this CPU, since it is Surface Mount mounted. It is possible to use the micro processor from 5V. The datasheet specifies that this CPU microprocessor requires 5V power supply. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 1kB. CPU voltage can't be higher than 950mA. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 5.5V. The lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor should be 4.5V.
