KU80960CF33 Overview


The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PQFP for convenient overseas shipping. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. It is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. In total, 196 terminations have been made. With a 5V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It is an architecture with 32 bits. The CPU operates at a frequency of 33MHz. Datasheets for 196 pin functions can be found here. As a Microprocessors, this cpu microprocessor is typical. With a 32 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus. Temperatures above 100°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. There are 196 pins injected into the embedded microprocessor body. Many applications make use of this CPU, which has Surface Mount mounted. CPU frequency will reach 33MHz at the top. As of 5V, the CPU microprocessor is capable of functioning. As specified in datasheets, the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supplies. There is 5V voltage present in the CPU core. RAM (Random Access Memory) is designed to be 1kB. There is a maximum voltage you can supply to the CPU of 1150mA. Users should not supply the embedded microprocessor with voltages higher than 5.5V in normalcircumstances. The lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor should be 4.5V. The microprocessor has additional features, such as OPERATING CASE TEMPERTURE 0 TO 100 C. Hardware interrupts can be dealt with by terminating 9 external interrupts. Programs the DMA (Direct Memory Access) process using Channel 4.
