Due to its QFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is achieved using advanced packaging method Bulk. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR. In total, there are 100 terminations. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 3V voltage supply should be possible. The architecture of the microprocessor is 16-bit. 13MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. You can find information about the functions of 80 pins in the datasheets. The embedded microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. With a 8 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus. Temperatures above 70°C should not be used with the microprocessor. A total of 100 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Currently, the CPU core voltage is 3V. You can supply voltage 36mA higher than 36mA to the CPU. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 5V.
