KXPC8260VVIHBC Overview


In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. The type MICROPROCESSOR, RISC belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. A total of 480 terminations have been recorded. Using a 1.8V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. The architecture of the microprocessor is 32-bit. 200MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. Datasheets for 480 pin functions can be found here. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. The microprocessor should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 105°C. A total of 480 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. A 1-core CPU is used here. A CPU operating at 200MHz frequency is expected. The micro processor can function from 2.7V.
