L2293Q Overview


In order to package H bridge, Tray is used.The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes H bridge to save money.Based on the supply voltage of 2.8V~36V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -20°C~125°C TJ's operating temperature.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in DC Motors, Relays, Solenoids, Stepper Motors as well.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.32 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedances.As H bridge ic of the signal interface, 32 pins are used as pronged contacts.In addition to the L2293 H bridge ic number, more related H bridge ics can be located by using its base H bridge ic number.H bridge circuit operates with the supply voltage of 5V.An ambient temperature of 1.2A enables a power supply to provide a maximum load current.Through the pins of the power supply and output, there is a current of 600mA.A bridge driver's 32 pins work together in order to perform its specific functions.The 4 drivers are integrated into the system.
