The L298HN is a monolithic integrated circuit with 15 leads available in Multiwatt and PowerSO20 packages. L298HN is a high-voltage, high-current twin full-bridge driver that can handle typical TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads including relays, solenoids, DC motors, and stepping motors.
