L4971 Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Through Hole mounting system. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~150°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. DC-DC switching regulators reach 100kHz~300kHz switching frequencies. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 55V.
