L5985TR Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~150°C TJ is essential when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 250kHz~1MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V.
