L5994 Overview
Capsuled in the 32-LQFP package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For 3 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tray enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. DC control operates at 4.75V~25V volts and has 4.75V~25V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a -40°C~140°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 200kHz 300kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
