Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sVoltages 5V~12V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~150°C TJ. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start.
