L7986TR Overview


As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. This harley voltage regulator has 10 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package to save space. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 250kHz~1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts.
