LAN91C96-MU Overview


There is a package called 100-TQFP that contains it, and you can find it there. Carrying is easy with the Tray-shaped packaging. Keeping the temperature at 0°C~70°C will ensure reliable operation. As a result, the 100 terminations are included in it. 3.3V supply voltage allows high efficiency. A LAN91C96 number belongs to the family of numbers. In order for the device to function, 100 pins must be used. It is important to note that the device's clock runs at a frequency called 20MHz. For maximum efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 3.3V. It has 2 serial I/Os. Transceivers for the 1 band are available. It is also possible to generate the number ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY using this device. For it to function, 95mA is the greatest current required. Default maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is 3.63V.
