LC4512C-5F256C Overview


This kind of FPGA is composed of EE PLD. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. Supply voltage is 1.8V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Programmable Logic Devices family. In total, it has 256 terminations on each end. A 1.8V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. When this module is operated at its maximum operating temperature, it reaches 90°C. Over 0°C should be the operating temperature. I am going to present you with a device that is equipped with 256 pins. There are 32 logic blocks (LABs) that make up the system's basic building block. There is a maximum supply voltage of 1.95V that is supported by this product. With a minimum supply voltage of 1.65V, it can operate. Approximately 322MHz is the maximum frequency of this FPGA. During operation, it uses 4mA of supply current. Fpga semiconductor is also characteriYESed by a feature called YES. There are 4 dedicated inputs used to detect the status of input signals. There are 512 macro cells which make up this CPLD and they serve as the main components of the device. Adapted for storing data, the EEPROM memory avoids resource conflicts.
