There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 132-LFBGA, CSPBGA package and X package. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. Its 104 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 2112 logic elements/cells are required. Power is provided by a 2.5V-volt supply.
